I am a high school student (born 1987) in Luxembourg. I am currently in a math class and intend to study math and computer science. I started contributing to Wikipedia in October 2004, and became an admin on April 21, 2005.

Interests
I'm pretty much interested in everything, although I do have some preferences, which include:
- Math
- Computer science (algorithms, practical programming) and information technology (XML, database technology, transfer protocols, etc.)
- Physics
- Literature and poetry(French and German particularly)
- Video games (especially Blizzard games)
- Typography
- Competition swimming
Wikipedia
You'll usually see my name on WP:FAC, WP:PR, and occasionally on WP:Cleanup. I like to just browse the wiki and learn about different subjects, editing those pages I feel I can change for the better.
Featured article
- I have brought Link (Legend of Zelda) to featured status, and I'm still continuously working to improve it, with the help of many other contributors.
Views and policies
Relationship between Wikipedians
I have no particular views, no special agenda I want to apply to Wikipedia. I just think people should be more tolerant towards each other; I've seen many examples of trivial differences in opinion degenrating into downright hateful disputes. One thing that also saddens me is when one Wikipedian harbours a grudge against another and uses any occasion (straw poll, RfA, VfD debate) to confront him/her. This behaviour is alarmingly frequent, even among admins.
Vandalism
I am in favor of a strong stance against vandalism, but I think it's important to be very careful not to alienate new or young users. Vandals can convert to valuable users!
Votes for Deletion
I am neither inclusionist, nor deletionist; every article should be examined seperately. One thing people should think of when VfD'ing, is that they are deleting an article name. Articles should only be deleted if there is no hope that there will ever be a worthwhile article with that name. VfD voters should spend more time trying to improve article content, instead of debating the inherent notability of schools or Japanese anime monsters.
Images in Featured Articles
This might seem a little strange because it is rarely the subject of controversy, but I often mention that I don't object articles to become featured because of images on WP:FAC. This is strictly a personal opinion. Although it's great for Wikipedia to be a multimedia experience, I think an article can be perfectly valid without pictures.

Here is a poem I have read recently (I will replace it with another one after some time).
Souvenir, souvenir, que me veux-tu? L'automne
Fasait voler la grive à travers l'air atone,
Et le soleil dardait un rayon monotone
Sur le bois jaunissant où la bise détonne.
Nous étions seul à seule et marchions en rêvant,
Elle et moi, les cheveux et la pensée au vent.
Soudain, tournant vers moi son regard émouvant :
« Quel fut ton plus beau jour ? » fit sa voix d'or vivant,
Sa voix douce et sonore, au frais timbre angélique.
Un sourire discret lui donna la réplique,
Et je baisai sa main blanche, dévotement.
– Ah! les premières fleurs, qu'elles sont parfumées !
Et qu'il bruit avec un murmure charmant
Le premier oui qui sort de lèvres bien-aimées!
